The following goods are not subject to return / exchange: linen, nightgowns, pajamas, socks, gloves.
Return of the goods is possible only on condition of preservation of a commodity look (absence of any traces of operation, existence of an original and undamaged tag or packing);
To process a return request, you need to send us the goods and the completed return / exchange request, which we provide upon request.
Delivery of the goods to us, if it did not suit you is carried out at your expense.
The refund period depends on the method of return and is approximately 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the Seller's warehouse.
